Spaghetti

Spaghetti  w/ Textured Pea Protein (Serves 4)

Ingredients:

2 cups textured pea protein

3 cups water 

1 cup Afric Sauce

½ green bell pepper

½ onion

½ red bell pepper

1 tbsp bouillon powder(seasoning)

1 tsp sea salt


Procedure:

Step 1: Soak textured pea protein in water for 10 mins.

Step 2: Chop onion and pepper 

Step 3: Add chopped onion, pepper, salt and seasoning to a skillet; cook 3-5 mins.

Step 4: Drain textured pea protein and add to skillet.

Step 5: Add Afric Sauce, stir and cover to cook for 10-15mins over medium heat.

Step 6: Remove from heat and serve on cooked spaghetti, rice or buns.
